We are already in field. What we are opening now are positions for people who want to be inside what we are building — not downstream of it. The intelligence layer we are constructing will be shaped by the partnerships formed at this stage. That is not a sales pitch. It is a structural reality.
These are not pilots. We are operating across institutional, government, and university contexts — generating the first rows of the dataset.
The process-level data Arkverse generates — how a person moves through a problem, hesitates, revises, transfers understanding — does not exist at scale in any other dataset. We are not building a clinical study. We are building field infrastructure. If your research touches cognition, mediation, metacognition, or adaptive capacity, we want to talk about what we can build together.
We are building an AI system that learns what people actually need — not from outcome scores, but from behavioural process data. The dataset does not yet exist at scale. The models that will learn from it have not been built. If you work on adaptive learning, user modelling, or AI systems that reason about cognitive state, this is the hard problem we are working on. We want to work closely with the right people on it.
We work with institutions that are serious about developing the people inside them — not with metrics as the end goal, but with genuine understanding of how people think and what they need. We bring the cognitive framework, the methodology, and the data architecture. You bring domain expertise and a real context. We document everything. Nothing is off the shelf.
